Benefits Of Flowing Screed
Anhydrite based screeds are made with a unique synthetic binder in place of cement. This means that it is quicker to install covering areas of up to 2000m2 in a day. It is thinner than conventional screeds too, and that makes it the natural choice for underfloor heating systems. The same can be said about cementitious flowing screeds, but whereas Anhydrite works better over underfloor heating, cementitious flowing screeds dry much quicker enabling floor coverings to adhere sooner.
